Shipping and Payment Information
United States Shipping
Shipping options displayed at checkout are based on your zip code. Please provide a phone number for UPS to contact you if they have any problems with delivery.
For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, we will ship your items through the U.S. Postal Service. Insurance is included. Please provide a contact number in case there are any delivery problems.
We will provide you with a tracking number by email once your item has shipped.
Items in the "Popular Items" category ship within one business days. All other orders are made on demand, and usually ship within 10 business days.
International Orders
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote. International orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail service (airmail). We are not responsible for customs charges, and cannot estimate what they will be for your country. Insurance is included on all shipments.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, usually within 10 business days.

Purchase Orders
We happily accept purchase orders from accredited schools. Schools can place orders online by indicating the payment method of "purchase order" during the checkout process. Purchase orders are only accepted if shipping to a school address. We require that you also fax your purchase order to confirm the online order. When your order is shipped, we will send an invoice to your school for payment. Standard net 30 terms apply.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Colorado.
