Compared to the African Lion’s 390 pounds, this American Lion was a monster at 520 pounds. This massive cat lived on four different continents and is believed to have been the widest ranging land mammal of all time. This skull model is an exact replica of the original, and exhibits 3" (7.6 cm) canines. It comes in a rich Tar Pit finish. We also include the custom fit oak display base with a clear acrylic support rod and an identifying brass plaque.
